Introducing Solomon Grundy in Season 2 could lead to an epic battle between him and the famous Frankenstein monster. This showdown of two undead brutes could form the plot of an entire episode, allowing the viewers to guess who will come out on top.

Where most of the Creature Commandos are cognitive, Man-Bat is just an animal operating on instincts, which could make him a wild card for the team.
On the one hand, Man-Bat can transform back into Dr. Kirk Langstrom and the human side of him could be beneficial to helping the team, depending on the mission. On the other hand, thanks to the ability to fly, enhanced strength, and agility of the Man-Bat, Kirk could be the ultimate weapon if he transforms in the middle of a fight to aim his darker side in the same vein as Marvel’s Hulk.

King Shark

Additionally, King Shark is a fan-favorite character in The Suicide Squad due to his childlike personality and his desire to make friends.
The term “monster” is subjective when it comes to the Creature Commandos because characters like Nina Mazursky and Weasel were not evil beings in the slightest. King Shark would continue to play into the theme that some humans are worse monsters than the creatures. As a bonus, some fans would likely enjoy having Sylvester Stallone reprise the role.

Rather than just bloodsucking and slashing like a typical vampire, The Vampire mixes his typical vampiric abilities with his skills as a soldier. He is an expert marksman, able to use any weapon given to him. Even without a firearm, Vincent is a capable fighter, which could make him on par with the Bride as a skilled agent rather than a monster of brute force.
