- The show could explore iconic locations like Sanctuary Hills from Fallout 4 and The Strip from Fallout: New Vegas.

With the Fallout TV show being released to high praise on Amazon Prime, many fans have been left wondering what else this series has in store for the future. Fallout has already brought to life an accurate version of the post-apocalyptic wasteland from the games and recreated some fantastic creatures from the lore. The show has also introduced fans to three new central characters named Lucy, The Ghoul, and Maximus.

6 Lingering Questions We Have After The End Of Amazon’s Fallout
Amazon’s Fallout series leaves fans hanging with a few unanswered questions at the end. Here’s what still remains a mystery.
With one of these characters having grown up in a Vault, and another being a part of The Brotherhood of Steel, fans have already seen a detailed version of one of these underground bunkers and the Prydwen. However, the show can also expand to show viewers more iconic locations from the games. Fallout Season 1 may have taken place in Filly, but there are many other iconic locations in the wasteland.
1
Sanctuary Hills
The Suburban Starting Point For Fallout 4 Players
Close
Suburban life in America may be a thing of the past in the post-war version of civilization portrayed in Fallout, but that doesn’t mean that some of the remnants of this past haven’t hung around. One of the most important suburban neighborhoods in the franchise is Sanctuary Hills from Fallout 4. Players get to see what this idyllic suburb was like before the bombs fell in the game, and the wreckage of this place serves as somewhat of a base for the protagonist as they try to build up settlements across the wasteland.
Fallout 4 takes place in the city of Boston, which means that the protagonists of the show will need to go on a big hike to see Sanctuary Hills in Season 2. Still, there is nothing to suggest that the series will not explore more of America, and Sanctuary Hills could be a great place to serve as a reminder of what humanity lost when the bombs fell.
2
The Strip
A Huge Part Of America That Still Stands After The War
Close
The Las Vegas Strip may be one of the most iconic locations in modern-day America. Fortunately, much of this recreational area is still left standing after the bombs fell in Fallout, and this vibrant location is one of the best places to explore in Fallout: New Vegas. Only this time, the service industry is less welcoming.
The Strip in this version of history is still populated with large skyscrapers and neon lights. However, much of the glitz and glamor of Vegas is lost when many of the residents struggle to find food. Again, the show would have to travel to visit The Strip, but it would be a great place to highlight the corrupting nature of unrestrained greed in a TV show set at the end of the world.
3
Vault 11
Possibly One Of The Most Disturbing Vaults
The Fallout TV series has already spent much of the first season exploring the vaults built by Vault-Tec and exploring their darker purposes. As such, there is no real need for the show’s protagonists to visit any more vaults in the future. However, if the writers wanted to show more of these supposed survival options, they could introduce viewers to one of the most disturbing vaults, Vault 11.

Fallout Vaults Once Had a Much Different Purpose
According to the creator of the Fallout franchise, the vaults created by Vault-Tec in the games once served a much different purpose.
As many players know, each vault in Fallout was set up as a social experiment. Sadly for the survivors in Vault 11, their experiment forced them to sacrifice one member of the group every year or the computer would kill everyone in the bunker. After years of this grim process, the final five survivors stood together and refused to vote on the next sacrifice. It turns out that the years of bloodshed were unnecessary, as the computer let these last survivors go, and revealed that they could have all chosen this option from the start.
4
The Institute
An Organization Tasked With Preserving Science
Close
The Institute is a location that first appeared in Fallout 4, and is one of the main factions that the player can join. Tasked with preserving and maintaining all scientific research that was discovered both before and after the bombs fell, this organization has been shown to use some dark methods to achieve its goals.
Since The Institute wants to preserve and further science in the wasteland, its members are happy to kill anyone who tries to prevent them from achieving this goal. The organization has also experimented with clones and has created a cyborg species, known as Synths, to infiltrate and learn from what is left of humanity. As a sworn enemy of The Brotherhood of Steel, it is easy to see how this location could factor into the Fallout show.
5
Megaton
One Of The Quirkiest And Darkest Locations In All Fallout
It may not be what players expect, but the wasteland in the Fallout games is populated by several settlements that work to function like a normal town or city. One of the most memorable towns in the series is Megaton from Fallout 3, but it is sadly only remembered for one thing. That is the fact that there is an unexploded nuclear bomb in the center of the town that many of the residents worship.

14 Best Side Quests In Fallout 3, Ranked
Fallout 3 has plenty of side quests to keep players busy between missions, and these are the best the game has to offer.
Megaton is the location of a great mission, where players can choose to disarm the bomb or blow it up from afar. There is very little chance of the TV series following this narrative, but seeing the protagonists reacting to such an odd phenomenon could be fun.
6
The Glowing Sea
A Dangerous Place Full Of Possibilities
Since The Glowing Sea is considered to be ground zero for where most of the bombs fell during The Great War, this location is aptly named. Covering up a large portion of the American Southwest, The Glowing Sea is a dark area that is highly irradiated and awash with a green tinge. It is not a place that anyone can explore, as this deadly land is home to Deatclaws, Radscorpions, and all manner of aggressive insects.
When players first enter this place in Fallout 4 to kill the Super Mutant, Virgil, they have to prepare themselves by procuring a radiation suit and stocking up on the best medicine. This is because the very air in The Glowing Sea is radiated enough to give anyone radiation poisoning on contact. It is an exciting place to explore as it is fraught with danger. Therefore, it is the ideal place to show in the new TV series.
