The first clue as to how the Ancient Weapons can be connected to Haki can be seen with the one fans currently know the most about. Since ancient times, ‘Poseidon’ has been associated with the power of the royal line of Fishman Island, where a princess is born who has the power to control the Sea Kings to do her bidding. In the current era, this power is reborn in Princess Shirahoshi and the Sea Kings consider her their sovereign.

While it’s not exactly the same, some fans think that the power of Poseidon is directly related to Conqueror’s Haki. The latter is a power that allows the user to dominate the will of others, while Poseidon’s ability allows them to control the Sea Kings to do their bidding, making some sort of vague connection that can be seen. Through each ability, the user is able to exert their will externally onto others, leading some fans to think that there is some correlation between the two.

Although this was the first of the Ancient Weapons to be mentioned, it still hasn’t been shown in the series. However, it is known as an impossibly powerful battleship that has the firepower to incinerate an entire island with just a single blast of its canon, and that it is currently located underneath the island of Wano. The reasoning as to how it got there is still a mystery, although this was theorized to be done by Joyboy to safeguard it from the clutches of the World Government.
“Pluton”. It is said a single blast from it can destroy an entire island without leaving a trace!
As such, many believe that Pluton is related to Armament Haki. The latter is a power that allows the user to either reinforce their body against attacks or, more commonly, coat their weapons to make them harder, more durable, and to deal a ton of damage to their opponents. Although the details regarding these weapons remain vague, it can be seen that the sheer offensive output that Pluton is rumored to have can be equated to the offensive capabilities of Armament Haki, which makes standard attacks far more powerful.

Since Uranus is a complete mystery and fans know next to nothing about it, this is where the true theorizing begins! If the trend of the 3 types of Haki representing the Ancient Weapons is followed, then Observation Haki and Uranus would go together, which seems to make sense through contextual analysis as well. Firstly, Uranus is the God of the sky in Greek mythology, so it makes sense for the weapon to represent Observation Haki due to the all-encompassing view the sky itself gives.
Three Ancient Weapons… each bearing the name of a God… “Pluton”, “Uranus”, and “Poseidon”.
Moreover, Skypiea goes down as one of the most important arcs in all of One Piece, and the main power from that arc was known as ‘Mantra’, which was just what the Skypieans call Observation Haki, so this ties nicely into this theory as well. It is speculated that Uranus is currently under the control of the World Government and is what Imu used to destroy the island of Lulusia, but this is unconfirmed, which leaves the option for Uranus to be a weapon that allows the user to be aware of everything going on at pretty much all times, maybe even being the Voice of All Things itself.
