The very first hint of there being something more regarding the Devil Fruits came in Noland’s flashback in Skypiea, as Kalgara’s daughter is about to be sacrificed. Here, it reveals the Skypieans praying to the Gods of the Sun, Earth, Rain, and Forest. For the longest time, fans of the franchise just considered these to be the prayers of tribal people, but in the Wano arc, it was revealed that the Sun God actually existed and has manifested himself in the modern day through Luffy.
This led to a popular theory among the fandom about all of these named Gods being real, hidden away under the guise of other Devil Fruits. The theory was further strengthened in the incredible mural of Elbaf in Chapter 1138, where it spoke about these various Gods and how they reacted to the many changes of the world. Because of this, most fans consider it a matter of time until the other users of God fruits are shown in the series.

Now, the truth of what these powers entail and who has them is nothing but pure speculation at this point. However, some vague connections can be made about them. For example, the Sea God that the Elbaf mural is referring to doesn’t necessarily have to do with a Devil Fruit at all, since it could be talking about Poseidon, who is known as a monarch under the ocean that can command the Sea Kings. It’s unlikely that this is a Devil Fruit due to the inherent weakness that Devil Fruits have to the ocean.
Conversely, some think that if there is a Devil Fruit of the Sea, it could belong to Imu, since the widely believed Yokai transformation of this character is said to be an Umibozu; a mythical Japanese sea demon. However, it’s most likely for Imu to be the God of the Earth, since it’s implied that they are responsible for making the Red Line and the Elbaf mural seems to hint at this too. A popular fan theory regarding Chapter 1138 states that the ‘Serpent of Hellfire’ refers to the Red Line and that it was put there by the God of the Earth, causing the world’s first destruction. It’s unclear if this was Imu or someone who even predates them, but the connection between them is quite apparent, and if they’re not the same person, then Imu probably took their fruit after they died.
The Earth God raged, and with its Serpent of Hellfire, shrouded the world in death and darkness.
Furthermore, the next fruit that has greater connections compared to the others is the Rain God fruit. An easy connection can be made to Monkey D. Dragon as the owner of this fruit, since the only time he has shown any kind of power was in Loguetown, where it was implied that he was able to summon an incredibly powerful storm that he could fully control. He has had no showings other than this, but these powers do seem to fit the ‘Rain God’ theme.
As for the Forest God fruit, it’s honestly difficult to find any substantial parallels. Of course, Admiral Green Bull has the Mori Mori no Mi; a Logia Type Devil Fruit that allows him to control plant life to an unprecedented degree. However, as powerful as this fruit is, it’s unlikely for such a major God Fruit to belong to a relatively less important character as Green Bull, prompting fans to think that Loki is the real user of the Forest God fruit.

Although it’s true that he has always referred to himself as the Sun God, the true holder of this title, Luffy, doesn’t have any powers relating to the Sun or fire, so this may be more of a thematic connection than a direct indication of his fruit’s abilities. Loki was first shown in a forest and had the ability to command all the monstrous beasts there, so it could be telling of his true power and the real strength of his Devil Fruit.
