He worked on the episode that focused on Zoro’s time in Shimotsuki Village and how he met Shimotsuki Kozaburo, the creator of Enma.
Bahi JD is extremely talented, and he showed what he is capable of in One Piece Episode 1015. Considering he is working on the next episode, it is bound to be a masterclass. Takeshi Maenami is also working on the storyboard, along with Yong Ce Tu, who has tirelessly worked on the Wano Country arc. Yong Ce Tu’s work on the anime has earned him the admiration of One Piece fans.
Keisuke Mori was involved in Episode 1015, and needless to say, he did a fabulous job. Hirotoka Ito has previously been a part of Episodes 1026 and 1033, both of which were well-received by the audience. Shigefumi Shingaki and Nobuyuki Iwai are also excellent at their craft, and they will bring their unique style to the next Gear 5 episode. All of them working together will certainly elevate the experience.
What Will Happen In Episode 1072
One Piece Episode 1072 will focus on the power of Luffy’s Gear 5. The previous episode mainly focused on debuting the new ability and giving fans a glimpse of what it could do. Episode 1072 will show off the many techniques that Luffy can use in this form. Given the fact that the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika is considered the most ridiculous power, there is no doubt that Luffy will be able to accomplish great things with it. It offers him much more freedom than any of his older Gears, so he won’t be restricted to a single approach.
Luffy has already shown that he can gigantify any part of his body with Gear 3, and now he can do the same with Gear 5. In Gear 3, Luffy could only increase the size of a specific body part, but he should have no such limitation in Gear 5. He might be able to expand his entire body and become a giant. If he does pull it off, he will be able to handle Kaido’s dragon form much better.
Luffy has also shown that he can become more muscular and thrash a ginormous dragon as if it were nothing. All these abilities are impressive, but it is important to remember that they come with massive drawbacks. The Gorosei revealed that Zoan-type Devil Fruits have a will of their own, which explains how Luffy managed to get up after being beaten by Kaido. It was Nika who took over with his will and utilized the true power of the Devil Fruit.
If Luffy continues to rely on the power too much, then he could end up becoming like the Jailor Beasts of Impel Down, who have also awakened their Devil Fruits. However, due to extensive usage, the Devil Fruit’s nature overwhelmed them, and they became incapable of reverting to their normal human form. While Luffy will not become a beast, he will certainly lose his identity. Therefore, he needs to find other ways to fight his enemies.
