My Hero Academia chapter 422 will most likely focus on the battle between Deku and All For One. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to the fans, given that towards the end of the chapter, Deku started to get back up and run towards the villain. As was mentioned earlier, Deku does not have the power of One For All at his disposal. Or, it would be more accurate to say that Deku does not have the One For All in his body. the power of the One For All is still inside of him for a small period of time. Essentially, the embers of the Quirk are still burning inside him and fans have seen this happen previously with All Might as well. Once All Might transferred the power of One For All to Deku, his body still had some embers left, which eventually burned out in Kamino, where he defeated All For One, believing that it was the last time.

Now, Deku is dealing with something similar. Deku has the embers of One For All inside of his body and it is time for him to utilize those in the final battle and defeat the most heinous villain in the world of My Hero Academia forever. Given that Deku started running towards him in the previous chapter, it is highly likely that he will initiate combat. Fans should expect Full Cowl 100% to kickstart in the upcoming chapter and from there onwards, Deku will most likely deal deadly damage to All For One. Given that he does not have a Quirk, he has not got any worry about All For One forcefully trying to steal his Powers.
Decay does not seem to be working either. This means that My Hero Academia chapter 422 will see an easier pathway open for Deku than he had in the battle against Shigaraki Tomura. Of course, it might be too early for him to fall, however, given the experience he had against Bakugo, the fans should not dismiss the possibility that he will fall quickly.
