6 Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu
Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu is a powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit that was eaten by the former Emperor of the Sea, Kaido. The Mero Mero no Mi is an incredible ability that belongs to none other than Boa Hancock. This fruit is so overpowered that even Blackbeard, one of the Emperors of the Sea, sought it for himself. It allows Hancock to petrify anyone who shows any attractive feeling towards her, be it lustful or simple heartwarming feelings. Furthermore, she can also petrify inanimate objects, such as Cannonballs and Pacifistas, which is what truly makes this Devil Fruit overpowered.
Essentially, Hancock can petrify anyone and everyone she is facing in combat, given that she has the opportunity to do so. With a Devil Fruit ability as overpowered as this one, of course, it is a worthy rival to Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika.

That is truly what makes this Devil Fruit extremely special. In essence, it is a power that can nullify the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. If awakened, this devil fruit would become even more overpowered and the biggest fear of any Devil Fruit user in One Piece.
